At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy recently launched its accelerated Double Diploma programme at the Lifelong Learning Institute, designed for both full-time and mid-career students. This programme enables participants to continue working full-time while pursuing their diplomas or degrees, offering a seamless blend of classroom learning, remote study, and hands-on experience.

This opportunity has allowed our Corporate Chef, Keno Tay, to enroll in the programme. Reflecting on his experience, Keno shares, "After nearly three decades in the F&B industry, I've always wanted to further my studies without disrupting my career. At-Sunrice’s programme strikes the perfect balance, allowing me to gain valuable knowledge while continuing to work.
