This award honour exemplary organisations, which lead the way in championing employees' skills development and building a culture of lifelong learning in their workplace. In 2018, since it was inaugurated in 2017, seperate award categories were also introduced for SMEs and non-SMEs to recognise the different human capital development efforts and practices of SMEs and non-SMEs.
